Verification: ck44gg reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the requested timeframe may result in temporary suspension of the account and withholding of any pending withdrawal requests until verification is completed.
Account Registration

3.3 Account Security

4.1 Deposits

- ck44gg reserves the right to reverse a deposit and return funds to the originating payment method if fraud or money laundering is suspected.
4.2 Withdrawals
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where possible. Exceptions must be approved by the support team.
- KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal request can be processed.
- Most withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes during standard operating hours. In some cases, processing may take up to 24 hours.
- Withdrawals of bonus-derived funds are only permitted after the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
- ck44gg reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000, which may extend the processing time.

- You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration and at all subsequent points of interaction with ck44gg.

- You must ensure that all funds deposited to your ck44gg account originate from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity.

6.2 Prohibited Conduct

- Accessing ck44gg using a VPN, proxy, or any tool specifically to circumvent geographic access restrictions or to create the appearance of accessing from a different jurisdiction.
Consequence of Violations: ck44gg reserves the right to withhold winnings, close accounts, reverse transactions, and pursue legal remedies in respect of any violation of these user obligation rules. Decisions made by ck44gg in relation to conduct violations are final.
Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and intellectual property displayed on or forming part of the ck44gg platform — including but not limited to the ck44gg brand name and logo, website design and layout, graphics, icons, images, text, software code, game interfaces, promotional materials, and audiovisual content — are the exclusive property of ck44gg or its licensed content providers, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ck44gg platform for personal recreational purposes only, subject to full compliance with these Terms & Conditions.
- You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, commercially exploit, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the ck44gg platform without prior written permission from ck44gg.

Account Suspension & Closure
Both players and ck44gg have the right to close or suspend a player account, subject to the conditions outlined in this section.
8.1 Closure by the Player
You may request the closure of your ck44gg account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, ck44gg will process any outstanding withdrawals of the verified real-money balance (subject to KYC and standard processing conditions) and close the account within 5 business days. Any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by ck44gg

- Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful financial activity.
- Receipt of a chargeback instruction from a payment provider or bank relating to a ck44gg deposit transaction.
- Detection of automated, scripted, or bot-assisted account activity.
- A court order, regulatory instruction, or other legally binding directive requiring account restriction or closure.
Where an account is suspended or closed by ck44gg due to a terms violation or fraud investigation, ck44gg reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where the investigation concludes that no wrongdoing occurred, the verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method. Bonus balances are forfeited in all cases of terms-violation closure.
Limitation of Liability

9.1 Platform Availability
ck44gg does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical failures, third-party service outages, or events beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features. ck44gg is not liable for any loss — including loss of potential winnings — resulting from platform downtime or interruption during gameplay.
9.2 Gaming Outcomes
All casino game outcomes on ck44gg are determined by certified RNG (Random Number Generator) software supplied by independent game providers. ck44gg does not control or influence individual game outcomes. 9.3 Exclusion of Indirect Losses

9.4 Third-Party Services
ck44gg integrates with third-party game providers, payment processors, and other service partners to deliver the platform's functionality. ck44gg is not responsible for the actions, errors, omissions, or service failures of any third-party provider. Any dispute relating to a third-party payment transaction (e.g., a failed bKash transfer) should be raised with both ck44gg support and the relevant payment provider simultaneously.
Disclaimer: Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits ck44gg's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. All other liability is excluded to the maximum extent permitted.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the ck44gg platform operator's jurisdiction of incorporation, without regard to conflict of law principles that would require the application of a different jurisdiction's laws.
10.1 Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, complaint, or grievance relating to your ck44gg account, a transaction, a game outcome, or the application of these Terms & Conditions, you should first contact the ck44gg support team at [email protected] with a clear written description of the issue. ck44gg will acknowledge all support tickets within 24 hours and endeavour to resolve disputes within 10 business days of acknowledgement.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct support engagement, both parties agree to attempt good-faith mediation before initiating any formal legal proceedings. Any formal legal proceedings shall be conducted in the competent courts of the operator's jurisdiction, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts for the purpose of resolving any such dispute.
10.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms & Conditions, which shall continue in full force and effect. The severed provision shall be replaced with an enforceable provision that most closely reflects the original intent of the severed clause.
10.3 Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with the ck44gg Privacy Policy and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and ck44gg with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings — whether written or oral — relating to the subject matter hereof.
10.4 Amendments to These Terms
ck44gg reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on file or via a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of ck44gg following the publication of amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
